Guarantee

We guarantee each FOSCAM wireless camera will be up and running with 100% functionality or we will provide you with a replacement. In addition, the camera is covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty, which will be fully honoured by FOSCAM Singapore. Our return/ exchange policy is 7 days. We offer RMA Replacement without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product. There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refunds (RMA Refund). We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. This fee covers the cost of us shipping the product to you, as our shipping is always free.

For exchange or replacement, please ensure that products are in BRAND NEW condition with all packing materials and accessories inlcuded. Brackets should not have been mounted.

The FOSCAM Singapore warranty is only available to users who purchase directly from FOSCAM Singapore or any of our authorised retailers. Every camera purchased from us comes with a unique serial no. stored in our database. Please retain the invoice/waybill that comes with your camera as proof of purchase. Enjoy Shopping :)

  1. For accessories, there is a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If an accessory is broken within 30 days of the purchase, Foscam Singapore will replace a new accessory at no charge. After 6 months from the purchase date, accessories are no longer under the warranty coverage and cannot be replaced.
     
  2. RMA turnaround time is within two (2) weeks (10 business days) after receipt of returned items. The replacement item(s) will be ready for collection by this time.
     
  3. All items returned under an RMA will be repaired, or at Foscam Singapore's discretion, replaced with either new or factory refurbished parts. If a returned product is determined to be damaged or misused, it will be left to the discretion of Foscam Singapore to determine if the product is replaceable. Accidental damage or misused products will not be repaired or replaced under the product warranty. If a product is functioning properly once received and processed through our RMA procedures, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  4. Replacements are processed upon product availability. Products cannot be exchanged for different products once an RMA has been processed or received UNLESS the item being replaced is backordered or unavailable. A similar product can be sent to the customer that is equal to or lesser than the original amount of the purchase.
  5. Foscam Singapore shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data.
